If you select the ASAP option when booking, our team will endeavour to book you the earliest available appointment at your selected test centre. Next day bookings are possible, but it’s more likely that it will be in the next 3 days- unless we manage to find you a cancellation! If you select ASAP please let us know any days that you cannot take the test, because we will be on a mission to get you the next available test at your chosen test centre.

The Health, Safety and Awareness (HS&A) course is required for the Green Labourer Card.

  • Now available online – complete it from home, without taking a day off work.

  • Once completed, you can immediately apply for your CSCS Green Card.

To apply for any CSCS card, you must first pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Test (sometimes called the CITB touch screen test).

  • Format: Multiple choice

  • Questions: 50

  • Time: 45 minutes

  • Pass mark: 45/50

This test ensures that workers understand how to stay safe and avoid putting others at risk on-site.

If you are not successful first time around, don’t worry; we can book you another test once 24 hours have passed. You cannot sit a another test within 48 hours of your initial test time.
